Delivery Times and Costs

Every Vinyl Vibe product is crafted with great attention to detail. Most of our furniture is handmade to order, so production times may vary depending on our current workload.

Order Production Time

Our standard production time is:

1 to 4 weeks

The exact time depends mainly on our workshop’s current workload and the type of product ordered.

We aim to complete orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our craftsmanship.

The current estimated production time for a particular product may also be shown on its product page.

Custom Orders

For custom-made products — for example, furniture with modified dimensions, construction or other bespoke features — the production time may be agreed individually before work begins.

If your custom order requires a longer production time, we will let you know before accepting it for production.

Delivery Within Poland

All orders are delivered free of charge within Poland.

Free delivery applies regardless of the order value or product size.

Depending on the size of your order, we select a suitable delivery method:

• courier delivery,

• oversized parcel delivery,

• specialist transport for large furniture.

We choose the delivery method with the safe arrival of your product in mind.

Delivery cost within Poland: PLN 0

Delivery to the European Union and the United Kingdom

We also ship our products to European Union countries and the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs depend on the size of the product and range from:

PLN 80 to PLN 300

Larger products and parcels may incur higher delivery costs.

The exact delivery cost for your product and destination country is shown at checkout before payment.

You do not need to contact us for a separate quote for standard delivery within the EU. If delivery of your selected product to your chosen country is available, the cost will be displayed in your shopping basket.

Transit Time

Production time and transit time are two separate periods.

The stated 1–4 weeks refers to the time needed to prepare your product for dispatch.

Once production is complete, your order is carefully packaged and handed over to the carrier.

Transit time depends on:

• the destination country,

• the size of the parcel,

• the carrier used,

• the type of product being transported.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification and, where available, a tracking number.

For large furniture requiring specially arranged transport, we may contact you before delivery to confirm the details.

Collection in Person

You can also collect your order free of charge from our carpentry workshop:

Safe Shipping

Before dispatch, our products are carefully packaged according to their size, construction and weight.

When your delivery arrives, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging. If there is visible damage caused during transport, we recommend taking photographs and completing a damage report with the carrier.

Not having a damage report does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
