Delivery Time

We ensure your order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. Standard order processing time is 2 to 3 weeks from the time it is placed. For special requests, such as custom orders or personalization, processing time may be up to 5 weeks.

After production is phased out, smaller products are delivered within 2 to 3 business days using standard delivery.

For products requiring special handling, we utilize our shipping inventory. Once released, we will be available directly for delivery until the end of the order. Delivery times for these products depend on transport and location, but are typically around 7 days.

Delivery Cost

All our products are available within Poland completely free of charge, depending on the order value.

Personal Collection

We also offer personal collection at our office. Personal collection is free of charge, and a collection date is available after placing your order.
