The Seller processes the following personal data of the User:

data provided by the User to the Seller via the Contact Form or the Order Form, in particular: first name, last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number;

personal data collected in connection with the User’s use of the Website, including data stored in cookies.
The User’s personal data are protected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
Purpose of data processing
Users’ personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the purpose of:

responding to inquiries submitted via the Contact Form, including handling Product complaints;

performance of the contract (order fulfillment) and provision of electronic services (creation and maintenance of a Customer Account);

marketing of the Seller’s own products.
Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:

in the case referred to in section 4(a) – the legitimate interests of the Administrator consisting of communication with the User;

in the case referred to in section 4(b) – necessity for the performance of a contract or provision of services;

in the case referred to in section 4(c) – the legitimate interests of the Administrator consisting of marketing its own products;

where data other than those marked as mandatory in the forms are provided – the User’s consent.
Providing data is voluntary; however, failure to provide consent for the processing of personal data marked as mandatory will prevent responding to inquiries submitted via the Contact Form, fulfilling Orders, or providing electronic services.
Data retention period
Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to respond to inquiries submitted via the Contact Form, provide electronic services, or fulfill Orders, or—where processing is based on consent—until such consent is withdrawn. After that period, data may be processed for the duration of the limitation period for potential claims.
Data recipients
The User’s personal data may be entrusted for processing to entities that enable the Seller to provide services and fulfill Orders. Such recipients include, in particular: courier companies (Poczta Polska, DPD, InPost), a hosting service provider, a company providing maintenance and development services for the Website, a digital marketing service provider, and an accounting office.
User rights
The User has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where processing is based on consent, the User has the right to withdraw consent at any time.
Data transfers outside the EU
The Administrator does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union.
