Payment Methods

At Vinyl Vibe, you can choose from the available online payment methods or pay by bank transfer.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the delivery country, selected currency and order value. All payment methods available for your order will be shown at checkout before you place it.

Online payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

Online Payments in Poland

Przelewy24 / Autopay

A quick online bank transfer processed by a trusted payment provider. Once you select your bank, the transfer details are filled in automatically. Simply log in to your online banking and approve the transaction.

BLIK

A quick payment using a six-digit code generated in your banking app. After entering the code, confirm the transaction in your bank’s app.

BLIK Płacę Później — Pay Later

If you are eligible for this service, you can use BLIK with deferred payment. The detailed terms and availability depend on your bank and payment provider.

Debit or Credit Card

You can pay with a debit or credit card, including:

• Visa

• Mastercard

The transaction is authorised by the payment provider.

Apple Pay

A quick payment option for Apple device users. Pay with a card you have already added to Apple Wallet without manually entering your card details.

Google Pay

Pay quickly using a card saved in Google Wallet / Google Pay.

International Payments — Stripe

For customers shopping outside Poland, we also offer payments processed by Stripe.

Stripe is an international payment provider that enables secure transactions in various currencies.

Depending on the customer’s country, selected currency and currently available Stripe payment methods, the following options may appear at checkout:

Visa and Mastercard

You can make an international payment using most commonly accepted Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Apple Pay

Customers using compatible Apple devices can pay for their orders with Apple Pay.

Google Pay

You can also pay quickly through Google Pay using a saved card.

Link by Stripe

Link lets you securely save your payment details and pay faster on future purchases without entering all your card details again.

Click to Pay

Click to Pay may be available for supported cards, allowing you to pay faster without manually entering your card details each time.

Klarna

In selected countries, Stripe may offer Klarna payment options, including deferred payment, subject to Klarna’s terms and approval.

iDEAL

Customers in the Netherlands may have access to iDEAL, one of the most popular bank payment methods in the Dutch market.

MobilePay

MobilePay mobile payments may be available to customers in selected markets, particularly Denmark and Finland.

SEPA

For selected transactions in euros, Stripe may offer payments through SEPA.

Currencies

Stripe supports multiple currencies, including:

• EUR — euro

• USD — US dollar

Other currencies supported by Stripe and currently enabled in the Vinyl Vibe store may also be available.

Not every payment method is available in every country or for every currency. Only the methods you can use for your specific order are shown at checkout.

Bank Transfer

You can also pay for your order by a standard bank transfer.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with the details needed to make the transfer.

Work on your order will begin once payment has been received, in accordance with the terms stated on the product page.

For international transfers, please use the IBAN provided in your order confirmation.

Please note that a standard bank transfer may take longer to reach our account than an online payment.

Payment Security

Your connection to the Vinyl Vibe store is encrypted using an SSL certificate.

The information required to process online payments is handled by the relevant payment provider. Vinyl Vibe does not store customers’ full payment card details.

Depending on your chosen payment method, the transaction may require additional authentication, such as 3D Secure, confirmation in your banking app or another security mechanism used by your bank or payment provider.

The availability of a payment method depends on the country, currency, device, payment provider and the customer’s individual settings or eligibility. The payment methods currently available for your order are always shown at checkout before you place it.
