New Orleans Jazz is a turntable and vinyl record cabinet from the SMOOTH LEGENDS collection, inspired by the musical spirit of New Orleans. It combines a stable surface for your turntable, a shelf for audio equipment and a vinyl storage drawer with the natural beauty of solid oak.

Inspired by the atmosphere of New Orleans

The name New Orleans Jazz evokes improvisation, street parades, intimate clubs and evenings filled with music. The cabinet draws inspiration from the freedom of jazz rhythms, warm sounds and elegance, brought together in a calm, orderly form.

Its musical reference points include Louis Armstrong, Jelly Roll Morton, Sidney Bechet, Preservation Hall Jazz Band and Allen Toussaint. Their work reflects different sides of this New Orleans inspiration, from classic jazz and improvisation to atmospheric urban grooves.

The top provides a stable surface for your turntable, the middle shelf accommodates an amplifier or other audio equipment, and the lower drawer offers convenient vinyl record storage.

I handcraft every New Orleans Jazz cabinet from solid oak. The durable material and natural grain give each piece its own individual character and the warmth of real wood.

A darker finish particularly highlights the depth of colour and the cabinet’s elegant character. Its simple form complements both modern interiors and classic, cosy settings.

The cabinet measures 50 cm wide, 40 cm deep and 73 cm high, including the legs. Below you will also find the cabinet body height and the height of the amplifier compartment.

Space for your amplifier

The grain pattern, colour and texture give each cabinet its own individual character. These natural variations make your piece one of a kind. Individual cabinets may differ from the one shown in the photographs — this is a characteristic of natural wood.

The surface is treated with high-quality natural oils, which bring out the depth of colour, highlight the grain and help protect the wood during everyday use. The oiled finish preserves the natural appearance of oak and makes the surface pleasant to the touch.

Delivery within Poland is free. Delivery to other European Union countries costs PLN 80 per order. Shipping to the United Kingdom and other countries outside the EU is quoted individually.

EASY ASSEMBLY · FITTINGS INCLUDED

A few simple steps and you’re ready.

I include assembly fittings with your order. Assembly is straightforward and usually takes around 10 minutes, so you can quickly prepare a place for your music.

Wall shelves

The shelves are supplied with wall plugs for mounting. The simple fixing system lets you hang your shelf and start arranging your favourite albums in no time.

Before installation, check that the supplied wall plugs are suitable for your wall type. Fixings must be chosen to suit the wall material and the expected load on the shelf.

Furniture with legs

For transport, the legs are removed and clearly numbered to help you match them to the correct positions. Assembly fittings are included in the package — simply attach the legs according to the numbering to get your furniture ready for use.

SAFE USE · WALL ANCHORING

Secure your cabinet against tipping.

Fully extending a drawer filled with vinyl records may cause the cabinet to tip forwards. The weight of the records in the open drawer affects the cabinet’s stability.

Wall anchoring kit included.

I include a kit for securing the cabinet to the wall. To reduce the risk of tipping, anchor the cabinet before use.

Before installation, check that the fixings are suitable for your wall type. Choose fixings appropriate to the wall material.
